Child Safety Standards

The protection of minors is an absolute priority for Eloïa. Our application is strictly reserved for adults (18 years and older). We apply a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of exploitation, abuse, or inappropriate content involving minors.
1. Zero Tolerance
Eloïa enforces a zero-tolerance policy regarding:
- Any child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Any solicitation or grooming behavior towards minors
- Any sharing, storage, or distribution of content involving minors inappropriately
- Any attempt to circumvent age restrictions
2. Age Restriction
Eloïa is exclusively reserved for users aged 18 and over. During registration, each user must confirm their date of birth. Any account identified as belonging to a minor will be immediately suspended and deleted.
We reserve the right to request additional identity verification if there is any doubt about a user's age.
3. In-App Reporting
Eloïa provides multiple reporting mechanisms accessible directly within the application:
- Report button on every profile and every piece of content
- Dedicated reporting category for 'Suspected minor' and 'Content involving minors'
- Ability to immediately block any suspicious user
Every report is treated as a priority by our moderation team and addressed as quickly as possible.
4. Moderation and Prevention
Our moderation policy includes:
- Priority review of any report related to child safety
- Immediate suspension of accounts subject to credible reports
- Permanent removal of any content violating these standards
- Preservation of evidence necessary for transmission to competent authorities
5. Cooperation with Authorities
Eloïa fully cooperates with law enforcement and competent authorities in any investigation related to the exploitation or abuse of minors. We report any identified illegal content to the relevant national and international organizations, in accordance with applicable laws.
We retain relevant data in accordance with legal obligations and transmit them upon request from judicial authorities.
