Delete my account – Eloïa

You can delete your account and all associated data directly from the Eloïa application. Deletion is permanent and immediate.
Deletion procedure

Open the Eloïa application

Go to Settings (icon in the top right)

Scroll down and tap "Delete my account"

Type DELETE to confirm deletion
Deleted data
- User profile (name, photo, bio, preferences)
- Compatibility questionnaire responses
- Vibrations (matches) and conversations
- Posts and comments
- Notifications and device tokens
Retained data
No personal data is retained after your account is deleted. Anonymized technical logs may be kept for up to 90 days for security and abuse prevention purposes.
If you have an active subscription, it remains managed by Apple or Google. Remember to cancel your subscription from your device settings before deleting your account.
